Training alternates between Brake and Flow, but how you use them is up to you. Brake is stillness, the art of storing strength. Flow is freedom, the art of release. Between the two, there is space — and in that space, you find your own rhythm. As you refine the signal-to-noise ratio, you learn to trust your senses and silence everything that isn’t essential.
